This policy explains what StreamsPulseTV stores and why. It is short because we collect very little.
Stored on your device
Your favourites, likes and picture settings are kept in your browser's local storage. They never leave your device unless you sign in, and clearing your browser data removes them.
Anonymous usage statistics
We record which channels are played so we can rank the lineup by real popularity and spot streams that have stopped working. Each event carries a random session identifier, not a name, an email address or an IP address. If you are signed in, your account id is attached so we can tell member activity from guest activity. We do not build advertising profiles and we do not sell data.
Accounts and payments
If you create an account we store your email address and display name. Payments are handled entirely by Stripe — card details never reach our servers.
Third-party streams
Channels are delivered by the broadcasters and platforms that publish them. When you play a channel, that provider's servers handle the video and may keep their own standard access logs. Their privacy practices are their own.
Your choices
You can clear local data at any time from your browser settings, and you can ask us to delete your account and its data by writing to support@streamspulsetv.com.
